About us
Our Community based Stroke CLub offers a regular support program for stroke survivors.
At the club a stroke survivor is not alone. They meet with other survivors, connect and learn just how much recovery is possible.
The stroke club helps survivors get out and about, build confidence and independence by providing friendship, support, encouragement, activities and entertainment.
Stroke club gatherings are a source of peer support for stroke survivors, carers and family/whanau. This can also be a helpful break for carers and family/whanau.
Stronger Together
If you or someone you know has survived a stroke and would like the support of the Palmerston North Stroke Club either call or come along to a group session.
Everyone is Welcome
